WIP projects and Gunnhildr guest art

WHY SHOWING WIPS HERE?
my main purpose of posting it here is seeking for constructive critiques, suggestions, advices so i hope for knowing my errors faster and better :) all of you can do it(if u hav time of course lol), it doesnt really matter if u can draw or not, if u're a worse or better artist than me. i need honesty, i wont improve if i only get praises. i really thankful for those wants to be my critic :D

second purpose is.. hm perhaps by showing and sharing my progress arts wud help someone, it's just as im showing you guys step by step tutorial *shot* (im bad at teaching so these might help, as im going to show the progress from sketches into finished art, like..3 or more steps, depends by need & difficulty).. i hope i can help ppl by sharing a bit of my technique. mind that im not thinking like.. im so great & famous artist who wants to teach all of u the right way of drawing technique, or something like that XD i honestly really lack of drawing skill, all my skill mainly is self-taught so im not always right (might mostly wrong lol). this section is simply for my own and your convenience.

1) just sketch, i wanna make them cute but also cool at the same time, practicing action pose on chibi too. pls tell me ur advice, i already asked mazjojo's guidance for the sword's perspective, i'll put my next progress here next time. im planning to ink it digitally, and make it BW artwork.

2) oomph sorry loong jumping /sweat i did this when im on cousin's house and in the middle of rushing mazjojo's deadline -_-; so i dont even remember to save my progresses before this one. let's see. im using the no 1 sketch just for my inking guide at SAI (great software, u can find the trial here ). why not Photoshop? i found SAI's inking tool more sharp than PS's, so i prefer SAI. hmm as im not good at inking, i only can say, neater the sketch, easier the lining, that's for me though. i made each character on different layer. unfortunately i've already fill the black part here ohh *shot shot shot*

3) hatching/ shading time! i use different layer here, i often fail at neat hatching, coz i usually draw sketchy lines and ended up messed with hatching, it may dont look bad in pencil, but i think it wud be trouble if it's an inking. first step i draw lines as mark for the shading border so i wont confused where i shud hatch. and finally it's done.

4) final touch? just play around with effects on photoshop and VOILA! it's done. the logo's not mine btw. hope it helps :)
